I never send clients anywhere I wouldn’t stay myself, and I always offer different levels of travel options to match their preferences. One of my most rewarding experiences was helping a nervous traveler navigate Europe; I was there for him every step of the way, offering the extra support he needed to feel confident and cared for.

 

Staying updated on the latest travel trends and destination information is crucial in my role, and I regularly follow travel publications and benefit from the excellent resources provided by ENVOYAGE. This partnership not only keeps me informed but also gives my clients access to some of the best vendors in the industry. I believe that every vacation should be as unique as the person or family taking it, so I ask a lot of questions to truly understand my clients’ dream vacations and tailor them to fit their budgets.

 

Some of my personal favorite destinations include the French Quarter in New Orleans, with its lively atmosphere, rich history, and stunning architecture, and Northern Ireland, my ancestral home, where I love the weather, history, and beautiful sights.
