Hello! I’m Dawn Cassells, the proud owner of Good Luck Travel. My journey into the world of travel planning began with a deep love for organizing trips—sometimes, I even enjoy planning more than the trip itself! Over the years, this passion has evolved into a commitment to helping others experience the joy and excitement of travel without the stress that often comes with it. Whether it’s planning a last-minute family getaway or a magical Disney vacation, I take pride in making vacation dreams come true by finding the perfect destination at a price my clients love.
 
What sets me apart as a travel agent is my meticulous attention to detail and my dedication to providing personalized service. I work closely with a trusted network of vendors, always starting with my go-to partners before expanding my search to ensure the best fit for each client’s unique needs. I never send clients anywhere I wouldn’t stay myself, and I always offer different levels of travel options to match their preferences. One of my most rewarding experiences was helping a nervous traveler navigate Europe; I was there for him every step of the way, offering the extra support he needed to feel confident and cared for.
 
Staying updated on the latest travel trends and destination information is crucial in my role, and I regularly follow travel publications and benefit from the excellent resources provided by ENVOYAGE. This partnership not only keeps me informed but also gives my clients access to some of the best vendors in the industry. I believe that every vacation should be as unique as the person or family taking it, so I ask a lot of questions to truly understand my clients’ dream vacations and tailor them to fit their budgets.
 
Some of my personal favorite destinations include the French Quarter in New Orleans, with its lively atmosphere, rich history, and stunning architecture, and Northern Ireland, my ancestral home, where I love the weather, history, and beautiful sights.
 
Looking ahead, my goal is to expand Good Luck Travel by bringing more agents on board, allowing us to help even more clients experience the joy and magic of travel.

Dawn was an exceptional travel agent! The deals she found kept me believably under budget and her communication was amazing! We had some trouble with the flights because of horrendous weather, and I was nervous about certain reservations being lost. I had to wait until we landed, and when I checked to get the numbers for some of the reservations, I found an email from Dawn who had noticed the delays and had already took it upon herself to contact the providers to make sure the reservations remained in tact. It took a load off of my shoulders and immediately took away my anxiety. We loved our trip, the hotel, and the great memories made.
